Please note the following:

Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to your reservation date via email or telephone. There are no refunds for cancellations within the 14 day period or no-shows. If cancelling prior to 14 days before an event, we will issue you a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee. Exception: If we rent your reserved bike to someone else, we will issue you a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee.

You will be required to sign a release of liability waiver when you pickup your bike at our pit location.

Willow Springs Motorcycle club runs in all weather conditions, including rain and wind. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions.
