ABOUT US
RaceBikeRentals.com was founded by WSMC racer Richard Barnett.
A veteran of 3 years of racing with WSMC, Richard currently races
a 1999 Yamaha TZ250, a 2002 Aprilia RS250 Challenge Cup and a 2008
Kawasaki Ninja 250R. After a great race in the first Ninja Cup race
with Wes Totsubo, Richard realized the implications of the new low-cost
Ninja and what it could do for both new racers and experienced racers
alike at the track. RaceBikeRentals.com was created to expand this
exciting opportunity.
Join Richard at WSMC weekends for
a seriously good time on the track and some bench-racing off the
track at our pits. We look forward to racing with you!

ABOUT WILLOW SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY
An amazing test of man and machine, Willow Springs International
Raceway (WSIR), taunts you with a simple configuration, yet quick
laps at this track can be elusive. Fast laptimes are the domain
of 180HP 1,000cc rockets and 250cc lightweight GP machines dialed
in to accomodate each of WSIR's unique aspects.
Big Willow's 9 turns and 2.5 miles are a combination of 3rd
through 6th gear turns, decreasing radius corners, positive
and negatve camber, dramatic elevation change and mostly wide open
throttle racing. Finishes are often characterized by efficient use
of the draft down the long front straight to the finish. Braking
demands are minimal; a brave throttle hand is rewarded here.
